natnat919 165 Posted July 1, 2015 I love vanilla Premiere Protein ready to drink..........I love vanilla Bariatric Advantage powder, as well as the Vanilla "Oh Yeah" Protein Powder. Here's what I do with the powders so I don't get bored with them. I buy sugar free Fat Free Jello Instant pudding mix in all the flavors I love, such as cheesecake, butterscotch, banana creme, etc. I throw the powder with Water and a couple of cubes of ice in the blender, along with a tablespoon of the flavor of Jello I like that day! It's delicious.....and you get variety. My NUT says to make up one shake and then pour just a couple of ounces into a small Dixie cup and drink it, then go back to the fridge and get a refill from the cold glass
natnat919 165 Posted July 1, 2015 Oh, and I had made one shake from the unjury and spit it out....... and returning it for a refund. That was the nastiest stuff I've ever had! LOL
CharmedRyan 18 Posted July 1, 2015 I ended up like the Premier Protein, I only tried a couple others before... But I would suggest using ice... It helped me cause the Protein Shakes were thick. The ice watered it down a little and it was easier to drink and stayed cold. Cause warm Protein shakes are the worst! ????
judyoz 240 Posted July 1, 2015 I love prufuse and its great, just mix with Water. Kill two birds with one stone. Fluids and Protein all at once.
TexasGirl86 37 Posted July 2, 2015 Ok so I'm one week post op, and asked my surgeon if i could add Peanut Butter and banana to my Protein shake (suggested by my brother who drinks Protein shakes for working out). Dr Said that'd be fine as long as everything was blended smooth. So I blended 1 scoop of Premiere Protein chocolate, 8 oz slim milk, 2 tsp smooth Peanut Butter, half a banana, and some ice cubes smooth. You guys, best thing I've had in like 2 weeks. It tastes like melty chocolate peanut butter icecream.

Soapandcandlequeen 124 Posted July 3, 2015 I had a hard time with shakes and tried a lot of samples. The only ones I can really take are my click coffee Protein Shakes with 1 percent milk and Syntrax matrix fuzzy navel with Water. Pretty much all syntrax was pretty good to me but only with milk
nunya-got-sleeved 36 Posted July 17, 2015 I have been using Isopure unflavored with Dark chocolate Almond Milk. Just recently I started blending it with a banana and a tbs of fat free Peanut Butter. Oh YUM!!!! The absolute best!!!!!
