snapdragon05 44 Posted June 27, 2015 Starting my testing in July 1, seeing NUT, pulmonary, sonogram, psych, blood work in one day. However, I am having such a sad day today. I am finding it harder and harder to do daily activities without getting out of breath. I have low energy. I have to lose about 100 lbs. I also hate the summer and how limited I feel. I can't wait to see NUT so I can start on a plan and commit to this. My husband says, just start walking, eat less. Shit, I wish it were that easy. Just a bad day is all. I needed to get it out. violetlisa 3 Posted June 27, 2015 If it were that easy everyone would do it! I know how you're feeling:/ I'm just starting on this journey. Keep your head up, you are further along in this journey than you were yesterday:)

PhatPhoenixVSG 14 Posted June 28, 2015 I have no energy either. It is the strangest thing. My mom who just had surgery in April to remove cancer has more energy than me. My family thinks I'm lazy. I ache, feel foggy, and am tired. All we can do is push through our days doing the best we can. After the surgery eventually if we follow the doctor's orders the weight will come off and the energy will increase. I have about 120 to lose.

The Candidate 3,215 Posted June 28, 2015 (edited) Try your best, although I know it's easier said than done, to focus on the end game, and not the drudgery of getting there. Think about how good you're going to feel, how much less those aches and pains will hurt as the pounds begin to come off. As far as exercise, go at your own pace and comfort. Maybe you can only walk 10 minutes today, but next week it might be 15 minutes. Begin with zero impact like exercise bands, or just park your car a little further out whenever you run errands. You will get there, as far away and sometimes impossible as it might seem now. And your new life will make all of this struggle you're going through now all the more worthwhile! Good luck! I needed to get it out.u had the same day today! I promised myself that this would be my last sad summer. So many people look forward to summer but I've dreaded it lately. My kids hang out at beach and was mad cuz i said lets call it a day @ 5pm. Truthfully I was winded and didn't feel comfortable Downtown Naperville (bikini city) ... I just can't wait!
