TXBrittBritt 48 Posted June 27, 2015 I returned to work this week and I have found that it is difficult to get in all my Water.... I barely got in half and I could feel it at the end of the day.... I do have a desk but I am up all day going back and forth from patient visits to warehouse to desk. Any ideas or suggestions on how to get in my fluids? TXBrittBritt 48 Posted June 27, 2015 Unfortunately I cannot take Water into patient visits or into our medical warehouse because it is considered a clean environment..... I'm thinking maybe I will have to set s timer or get an app to remind me go back to my desk and drink!! You may also need to aggressively set short term goals (I.e., 4 oz before I brush my teeth, 4 oz before I leave the house, 8 oz in the way to work, etc.). Set realistic milestones throughout the day and see if that helps. I, too struggle with getting in all my fluids so I understand! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
