Roux2011-1 12 Posted September 11, 2015 Has anyone yet to look into plastic surgery for excess skin?
foodfighter78 258 Posted September 13, 2015 (edited) I went to my 6 month check with the doctor, he send me to a plastic surgeon but they told me I have to come back at the 1 year from surgery. I am at my weight goal already, but they want to make sure I lost and maintain the weight I guess. In about 3 moths I'll start requesting with my family doctor for a referral, and will go from there. I would love to take care of extra skin on my inter tight, and arms. Edited September 13, 2015 by foodfighter78
Dar200 285 Posted September 22, 2015 Where do you find PB2? This is the first I've heard of it. Sounds like it would be a great way to boost Protein. I won't eat Jiffy ph or the other name brands because they have a lot of sugar added.

storyboy 13 Posted November 2, 2015 April 30 2015 and the best decision I've ever made. More energy, lots of clothes options when I shop and lots of compliments. I don't miss most of the bad old foods but eating out is still a challenge. The portions are way too big.

artgoddess1974 3 Posted December 27, 2015 (edited) RnY on December 2nd. Almost 4 weeks. Not doing too bad. Still having a hard time getting all my Protein. I have not even thought about fruits and veggies. I am having a problem eating too fast. I set a stopwatch and other various timers, but I am still going too fast. I cause my chest to hurt because I have eaten too much. Any suggestions? How many ounces of purée should I be able to eat? Also does it hurt if I take a sip of liquid when my meal is finished? Not drinking a lot, but a sip or two? Edited December 27, 2015 by artgoddess1974
