IamKe69 18 Posted July 19, 2015 Having a hard time with foods. I'm starting to have a lot of regrets I have my days where I don't want to eat or drink anything, but I know I have to. They said it gets easier. I have my days where I'm an emotional roller coaster, but at the same time I know I did this to change my life. It's a bumpy ride... But hey no pain.. No gain... Success is a stairwell and not a door way...

Thank you You may just have to re-introduce chicken within a few weeks if it gives you too much trouble. Ohhh make sure the chicken is moist.

glo61 1 Posted July 20, 2015 Had my RNY on June 8th. Lost about 25lbs, but now I've been stuck at the same weight for almost 2 weeks. :-\ don't know what to do
jewels711 7 Posted July 20, 2015 Had my RNY on June 29th. I too on a plateau. Lost 18 so far and stopped. From what I've read this is very common. All we can do is continue eating the same amount and exercising. It again will start falling off. Its so frustrating. Makes you think some things wrong. But this is what happens. We should be losing somewhere around 3 lbs a week maybe when we lose otherwise. We can get past this. Good luck to you!
glo61 1 Posted July 20, 2015 Thanks jewels711 for the support. Trying to stick through this.
tanyamarie8808 6 Posted July 20, 2015 I eat my PB on a spoon also. I fluctuate in weight. Up a pound... Down 2 pounds. Very discouraging.
