Sam46 9 Posted June 26, 2015 (edited) Hi, my name is Samantha I'm 46 year old mother of a four year old little boy named Jackson. I have been overweight my whole adult life. I decided to do the gastric sleeve and am working my way to that goal. I have already been to 2 seminars and my surgeon consult where my pre surgery goal weight loss was 18 lbs. I have already lost 8 lbs so down to 10 more to go.. My nutrition class is July 8th at Kaiser South in Sacramento and plan to be as close to goal as possible so I can get all my other appointments scheduled. I'm just looking and learning right now and want to thank you all for your help in advance. .. Quick update.
