vixie 0 Posted July 5, 2007 Yup, even if our lives are fairly carefree, our bodies are under a lot of stress. Im sure our sugars are out of whack, cortisone is probably up, ketones in the blood...god knows what else. Make sure your family gives you a little extra space and some TLC. Whenever I diet for a long time my hair starts falling out! Ugh, Lets hope that this too will pass. There are someday I want to scream, cry, break things ... and then poof, the feeling leaves. mattintosh 0 Posted July 5, 2007 Its a woman thing! I was absolutely wonderfull. No problemo.__________________ Come on Matt...fess up...you weren't just a weeee cranky? hee..hee Michell, I think a lot has to do with being under so much pressure. There is a lot involved with this band and sometimes it can get to you. I don't think our family/friends realize how much we put into this. I don't know how women with small kids do it...I would snap! OK OK. I was not cranky but I was in a dark place. I sat and held my self tight. Had the shades drawn, starred at the blank TV screen. Being a guy I was in shock. What had I done? What was I thinking? Teared up a couple times. I stayed like this for weeks. Then I started to work this little sucker and now I am down 200 lbs. woohoo! Being a guy I was still suffering from my stiches. Us guys are such whimps. You ladies really are tough Seriously, God made you capable of handling so much pain. So what if you get cranky. ccattorney 4 Posted July 6, 2007 :heh:I sometimes find I am irritable for no good reason. The only thing that works for me is cardio which seems to improve my mood
Tyanna 0 Posted July 6, 2007 I find my zoloft is helping in the crabby dept a lot. But I still catch myself being a little crabby and try to nip it in the bud right then and there. Banded 6/21/07 DR Needleman, OSU Medical Center, Columbus, Ohio
