I will be a month out in two days and for the last few days I'm experiencing horrible headaches. I am getting all the Fluid and Protein needed. I'm also taking the Vitamins etc that the doctor has advised me to take. Has anyone else experienced this?

Could be a hormone headache things are adjusting. However I would suggest drinking more Water. Even if you are getting the minimum it might not be enough all around.

Also if you are taking an allergy med it will dry you out making you need more water/fluids.

And if it doesn't resolve check with your doctor see what they think.
