busymom_of_3 31 Posted June 23, 2015 I'm having similar pain, I'm pretty sure it's bowel related. I'm never constipated, and I've been going at least once a day (sorry for the Tmi). However, it is lower than the stomach, I had had a c.t. scan, no leak. Try a stool softener or maybe something a little stronger. I'm having fairly similar pain too and am planning on asking my surgeon about it at my follow-up tomorrow. But I'm going fairly regularly too and stool softeners haven't helped the pain. When the pain wasn't as bad last week, I asked my surgeon and said it was probably just exertion-related because I had been doing more housework and bending over a lot - it hurts below my lower stitches, mostly on my right side. busymom_of_3 31 Posted June 23, 2015 I tried gas x, helped a little, but it's not a sharp gas pain, more of a bloated full feeling, lower than my stomach. I've struggled even sleeping on my stomach, which was not an issue a couple days ago. I have a call into my doc, I don't go back for 2 weeks. Have you started pureed or soft foods recently? I called my clinic and got the hormone talk too. 3weeks out at 45. I'm using liquid Tylenol before bed, and I'm up at 2 am writing this. It's been about 4 days and my felt like gas too.
