MyNewBeginning 0 Posted June 22, 2015 My doctor wants me to start strength training along with the cardio I have been doing at the gym. Now that I am down 50lbs she doesn't want me getting tons of loose skin and she says it will help me keep losing weight. Any suggestions on what machines to use?
