YES!!! My surgeon is tough as nails and says it's ok! But listen to your body and it responds... I think is die without my HOTSAUCE...lol ????

If anything, I'm eating more spicy foods - and more spicier - than before. I'm eating so little that it makes a big difference if every bite packs a punch. Good luck!

I love heat in my food! Even more so after surgery. I do have days that it bothers my pouch but it's normally because I've eaten spicy food for 2 of my 3 meals for several days in a row. My surgeon was ok with spicy foods when I started solids.

I loved hot sauce before surgery. Now it upsets my stomach terribly. Each time I have used it I have thrown up.
