Unjury - Sample Pack Purchase Review

Recommended Posts

I ordered the Unjury starter pack and a small container of PB2 for $32.10 (total with tax and shipping). They sent me a thermometer and Rubbermaid shake container for free! I was so impressed with the quality of this shipment ... it makes me feel like maybe they really do want me to succeed. You don't see that very much these days! Pic attached.

I've been using the powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury powders for over a year now; started about 6 months pre-surgery. I love them! And the customer service has been great!!! Just yesterday I received my autoship order to which I had added 2 containers of the PB2. Looking forward to trying the PB2 because I've heard so much about it. The chicken Soup option is a lifesaver for lunch at work a lot of times.

Good luck on your journey!!!

I really like the chicken Soup flavored Protein. I like many others got sick of all the sweet shakes. The thermometer is to make sure you don't make it too hot. The protein will congeal if it gets too hot. They recommend 140F. Enjoy!

I ordered a sample pack as well did not get the perks. I could have used that thermostat as a result my experience with their products has been a waste. drinks too sweet and Soup was lumpy (my own fault)

@@JosieAppleHead They inadvertently left out my shaker bottle but immediately sent it after I contacted them. Great customer service.

I just received my sample pack with the "extras" yesterday and am looking forward to trying it all. Thanks for telling me what the thermometer was for. I was kind of wondering why it was in the box!

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
