armiller 25 Posted June 18, 2015 I'm 3 weeks out and I can drink a 11 oz Protein Shake in about 30 mins is that bad
Inner Surfer Girl 12,015 Posted June 18, 2015 I don't see why it would be "bad". What makes you ask?
wascott 395 Posted June 18, 2015 From what I've read that's good. Perhaps even great!
Thenewnic 139 Posted June 18, 2015 (edited) I could down a premier Protein shake only weeks after surgery. It's actually been a blessing and I think has helped get my Protein in for weight loss. Currently I'm almost seven months out and down 104 pounds since surgery. I still drink a shake (in minutes) every day. ???? Edit...I'm "assuming" that you're implying 30 minutes is quick for drinking...lol I do remember days after surgery it taking hours for only ounces. Weeks post-op.. 30 minutes felt like I was drinking it fast. Edited June 18, 2015 by Thenewnic

mchap25 65 Posted June 19, 2015 If you can do it, that's awesome! I'm 3 weeks and still having a hard time. I loved Premier Protein pre-op and can't handle it now. So far Syntrax Nectar is my tummy's choice but it doesn't have as much Protein so I need more.
