scarletwitch19 302 Posted June 18, 2015 Anyone in central New York area? I'm near Rochester and would love to chat with some people going through everything I am. I just had surgery June 8th, and while I'm doing really well, it can get really overwhelming at times. I'd love to hear how others are doing and what's helping them get through! AngryViking 217 Posted June 18, 2015 I'm in Syracuse! It's pretty rough at the beginning, but it gets easier for sure. I'm 11 months out.

scarletwitch19 302 Posted June 18, 2015 I got moved to pureed food this week, which has helped a little bit. But I just want to eat normal food. I'm not looking to eat unhealthy, snack foods etc. I literally just want to eat real foods, and feel normal again. And I'm still in some pain, so other than taking short walks throughout the day, I haven't been able to do a ton. I guess I'm not very patient haha
