Almost a week post-op, just now experiencing nausea

I'm 6 days post-op and tonight after "dinner", I immediately started feeling some nausea. This is the first time I've experienced it since I got home from the hospital and I don't want to deal with the pain of vomiting, so I took a Zofran and hoping that the nausea dissipates. Is there anything that would cause this a little bit later in the recovery process? Is it possible I ate too fast?

It's possible you might have eaten too much. I get nauseous if I've had a little too much at a meal

I'm 2 1/2 weeks post op and started feeling nausea and vomiting about 4-5 days ago. Has been constant if I try to eat anything (yogurt, Water, tea, etc) Not from over-eating since it usually occurs after one or two small sips or bites.
