Anyone from the Las Vegas area? I'm to tight :(

Was banded in October, I have a 14 cc lapband. I'm on vacation in Vegas, and for the last two days, all I can do is sip Water, I did call my doctors office yesterday, and they said to stay on clear fluids, and when I get home on Friday, to go in and have Fluid removed if I was still having a problem. They also said if I got worse, I could go to an er and have fluids put in. My nose is super stuffy, not sure if I'm getting sick or the smoke from casinos. My last fill was almost 4 weeks ago, and I have had no problems till now, does anyone know a doctor here in Vegas that could possibly remove some fluid???? I'm miserable, I can't eat, can't drink, and even water hurts to get down:(
