shrinkydinker 3 Posted October 22, 2015 Has anyone got a stall yet? I've been on one for 3 weeks bow. Utah. I know it will pass. The good news isotherm my hair is shedding less. I definitely have had some stalls, especially after I went back to rigorous exercise and weight lifting with trainer. Frustrating, but I luckily haven't had loose skin yet! ???? My hair is falling out in clumps!! Any suggestions? Starting wt 304, cw 235. Ps The stalls have been at prior known "plateau weights" I've just increased my Water and Protein intake, make sure I'm getting enough calories, and I've gotten past them. jaxmom1974 53 Posted October 23, 2015 I just started working out harder, I wonder if that has something to do with my stall?
Abbie213 2 Posted November 17, 2015 I have been in a stall for longer than I can say.... 8 weeks.... not really sure how to get myself back on track... its very scary to think about. ... I am going back to the basics and hoping for the best
Hisbrowneyedgirl 175 Posted November 30, 2015 Going back to basics is a good idea. I am only weighing in twice a month. Any more and I get obsessed with the scale. I hit 128 lbs lost Friday. Very happy with my numbers, but the Hair loss is depressing.
shrinkydinker 3 Posted November 30, 2015 You are such an inspiration!!! The hair loss is killing me too! I'm finally down 80#. How did Thanksgiving go for everyone?
Mel77 67 Posted November 30, 2015 Not terrible but I did eat a lot. Also replaced Protein with pie one day! Already back on track overeating just feels terrible so I do t do it. Also I'm enjoying the scale moving down so I stay on course more often than not. Hopefully I will do the same for Christmas!
mmwishart 41 Posted November 30, 2015 Also in the midst of hair loss! I wear a lot of wide headbands. I'm at goal. Down a total of 60 lbs. I'm off all of my diabetes meds. Couldn't be happier!
Shustar 395 Posted November 30, 2015 Congratulations to all you June 8 losers! I started at 205 and am now at 160. I am definitely a slow loser but feel better than ever! Hisbrowneyedgirl 175 Posted December 3, 2015 All I needed was a referral from my primary doctor to Dr. Ren . Once Dr. Ren received his faxed referral I was good to go.Not bad, I made a spicy rubbed turkey. Recently, spicy food is my life. It sends nothing is spicy enough for me. I'm sure it's a phase.
