We had our insurance wellness exam today. Gosh what a difference a year makes. Last year I stressed about it. This year I passed all with flying colors!

Blood pressure 114/80

Glucose 76

BMI 26

Total Cholesterol 156

LDL 79

HDL 67

Triglycerides 52

Woo hoo!!
