smrogg 49 Posted June 29, 2015 Peg, I would call you NUT. The diet I was on for 2 weeks was different. I only had to do all liquids for 2 days prior. But I would say that ice cream has to be sugar free. But like I said check with your NUT. GOOD LUCK!!

smrogg 49 Posted June 29, 2015 (edited) @kell778. Best advice I can give you is get that catheter out as soon as you can, once that's out, Walk like crazy. It really does help the gas pains. And stay on top of pain meds. Don't wait til you feel discomfort. Because once the pain is there it seems like forever to go away. Good luck to you. I haven't even seen weight loss yet and I'd do this again in a heartbeat. Good luck! Prayers sent your way. Edited June 29, 2015 by smrogg
ashley126 10 Posted June 29, 2015 My surgery went well. Im just having a bit of gas pain but it's not unbearable. Walking the floors as much as I can which makes me feel so much better. ????

TeeNahh 40 Posted June 29, 2015 How is the pain ? Congrats on making it through !!! ????
smrogg 49 Posted June 30, 2015 I have very little pain. When I first came out of surgery it was more of being uncomfortable and painful. I was agitated and bitchy lol. Now I'm fine. I keep walking. I would definitely do it again. And I just want to say that for the FIRST time in my life I am proud of myself. I've have had many accomplishments in my life, but this is the first time I am proud of ME. Choosing to do this was the hardest decision I have ever had to make in my life. And now that the surgery is over and I'm doing great, I know I'm going to succeed. I hope that I can set an example for others who are struggling with weight. I am also very proud of everyone on this conversation. We did it!!! Now we have to stick to it. I am seriously so proud of you all!!
