What should my macros be @ 23 months out

Hi everyone I been stuck at 173 for two months now. I work out 3 to 5 days a week 30 mins a day average cals burned anywhere between 200 to 285 per session. The workouts are a combination of weight lifting and or cardio. I am maintaining my weight but not losing. I eat 1375 cals a day only cause it was recommended to increase my food intake from 1200 cals cause I may be in starvation mode I was nervous about increasing my cals cause I fear gaining weight but I'm desperate to reach my goal weight of 150lbs.

I still get in 80 to 90 grams of Protein
