Need to lose 50 pounds

Hi I know everyone is different but I will be getting sleeved next month and I need to lose a total of 50 pounds. How long do you think it will take me?

Usually the less you have to lose, the slower the weight loss. I have like 85-90 to lose, and it's taken me 9 months to lose 73lbs. I know I had lost 50 at 5 months. I'm a little on the slower side for whatever reason. So it may take you a little more time , or it may not. Too many variables to say for sure. Good Luck with your upcoming surgery!

It seems to be the norm that the higher the BMI the faster the weight loss. With a lower BMI it seems to be slower. It also depends on how well you stick to your surgeons and Nut plan on what you should and should not eat. There is not set period of time in which you will lose. Good luck and I hope that you learn from your journey and really embrace the new lifestyle.
