Plan your meals out from Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack and dinner & possibly a snack before bed. Measure out your foods as This may help you so you don't get hungry and overeat. I will not get my first full until 7/6 and I am a little anxious & nervous at the same time. I have noticed that I am able to eat more as I am not as swollen as before but I continue to watch what I eat as I don't want to gain a pound back.
