So last week I started my soft food diet, after a month of only liquids. I have not lost any weight since. I am freaking out, I am not getting too many calories and I am exercising 30 mins a day and yet nothing. Am I alone in this?

I had my surgery back in late April, and last week I had my first plateau of weight loss too. This week, I've started losing again. It might have nothing to do with your change in diets; it might just be your body taking a quick break from losing weight. Keep following the diet given to you by your doctor and nutritionist, and you'll be losing weight again in no time.
