Anyone in Lake Havasu AZ?

Hello,

I just relocated to AZ and wanted to know if there is anyone here to help support me with this new journey. I'm almost 4 months post-opt and struggle with exercise and Protein and fluids????. I wish there was more time in the day so I could get it all in, I find myself having to choose between eating or drinking cause you can't do both????. I need a friend/ support buddy to help me be successful????.In addition I'm looking for a program so I could do my six month visit does anyone have suggestions? I'm so worried I will gain the weight back????
