mariecarmen 1 Posted June 27, 2007 My surgeon says a day of liquids, a day of mushies and then as tolerated. As an added bonus, this kicks off some great weight loss and inspires me to continue.

Heccat2 154 Posted February 24, 2014 I had my fourth fill two weeks ago. Since I was on liquids for two days, I lost 3.4 pounds. Then, two days later, I weighed myself and I had lost another 3 pounds. I was soooo happy! But, then something happen. A week after, I gained it all back, plus two more pounds for a total of 7 pounds. What the heck? Today, I started feeling a lot of restriction. I was only able to eat 1/3 of my food. Now, I find myself eating a lot less than before, so I'm really hoping to lose some weight soon.
