What serving sizes are you eating

I am curious about the amount other people can eat. Like I can eat 1/2 cup of potato Soup, 1/2 of a small sweet potato with plain yogurt, etc.

When I first started, my limit was 1/3 cup plus two tablesoons.

When I started regular ccoked foods, I could eat 1/2 cup plus two tablespoons.

At almost 18 months(6/23) I can eat 1/2 cup of something dense like stew, 1/2 cup a of Protein based casserole plus 1/4 of cooked veggie, with a piece of fruit later, or 2-3 ounces of grilled chicken, burger, etc..plus a small amount of cooked veggie.

I can eat nearly two cups of a green salad with a few mixed Beans or chopped raw veggies, because it's mostly Water. Quite often, I am not able to eat that last bite or two.

I am rarely able to eat more than 1/2 cup of anything dense. Most often, 1/3 cup and I'm full.

People who know often make fun of me because I'll be absolutely STARVING, eat 3-4 bites and be stuffed. My children mock me for it daily.

Seems about a 1/2 cup is a common theme. Depending on what it is, I've caught myself eating up 3/4 of a cup, but most of the time a half cup is my limit.

I can eat about 5oz of fish, 4oz of chicken, and 3oz of beef.

I just indulged in some yummy cherries (Oh how I love Summer!) I had 10 and now I'm full ;)

I am about 3 month post-op and still can't tolerate much more than 2 oz of Proteins, a whole scrambled egg, 2 scallops, 2.5 oz of softer Proteins like Tilipia or chicken salad. I still weigh my food because I don't seem to have much leeway... one bite to much is miserable.
