lfry925 38 Posted June 13, 2015 I agree Essence! It's hard work. Thankfully no one has said anything negative to me about the surgery. (Not to my face, anyway). I have never worked so hard at the gym as I do since my surgery. I'm only down 45 pounds since 4/8 but I've never been so happy. And my husband can't keep his hands off me
LadyK44 263 Posted June 13, 2015 I have been sleeved for over 10 months. It has not been easy! The sleeve is just a tool. I have to work every day to be healthy. it's a personal choice to be sleeved. Easy is doing the same all thing and getting the same results. Doing nothing and remaining fat is easy. I personally have no regrets except for I wish I could've done it years ago. This process does not guarantee weight-loss. You can still be fat if you want to! I choose to work at being healthy! It's your choice make it and live with it. Patford 0 Posted June 13, 2015 I love having gastric bypass surgery but the honeymoon is over! I am 18 months out and at a stall. Starting to get Back on Track with the help of the Losing It app. Is is tough but refusing to give in to eating junk will be a goal for me.
leag78 469 Posted June 13, 2015 You got that right. There is nothing easy about this whole life changing process. You still have to diet and exercise as with any diet. So when people say, "the easy way out," I wanna say they can suck it.
