You didn't provide much information, but I would say take a look at your diet. Go back basics, and weigh, measure and track your intake. Evaluate your exercise program.

What are your stats? Starting weight, current weight, height, etc.

I actually found that when I got closer to my goal of a normal bmi I needed to up my food intake and I would start losing again.
