How do you reward yourself?

Recommended Posts

At my bariatric support group meeting they brought up having small, medium, and large goals and rewards to match.

My first goal that I'll be really proud of myself for is getting under 200 pounds! That would be a total of 46 pounds lost, I'm not there yet but I want to re-highlight my hair.

What are some of your rewards?

Massage? New hairstyle? New clothes? Adopt a pet? Cruise?

All of the above except for the new pet. I have enough of those already!

Another fun reward I did before my trip to Hawaii was get eyelash extentions. Just another thing that makes me feel pretty after my weight loss :)

I don't know about anyone else, but my rewards used to be some type of food. My how things have changed. No cheesecake this time! I'm getting a new engagement ring this summer. I told my husband a few years ago that I didn't want it until it fit right out of the store. I don't want it sized. I've finally lost enough weight that it's time to go jewelry shopping.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
