Essence46 493 Posted June 3, 2015 I hate the scale. I really do. I have to step away from it sometimes to keep from driving myself insane. Just hang in there.
MrsSugarbabe 727 Posted June 4, 2015 Thanks for helping us keep a proper perspective about the scale @@gowalking . I've been struggling with getting below 200 for over a month now. Even tho the scale isn't moving much except up and down within the same range, the inches are still dropping , therefore, I don't sweat too much about the scale. It is frustrating, tho, to be working so hard and the scale not budging. @@meSparkle83 - keep on keeping on!! It will come down!!

stanpry 66 Posted June 6, 2015 I would hit a stall for 2-3 weeks. Then suddenly 5 lb loss. Hang in there. PS I weigh myself twice a day. I don't want to find out at the end of the week that I put on 5 lb. Easier to compensate when you may have added 1 or 2 lbs.
Rovobay 920 Posted June 7, 2015 I hope it is moving for you again. sometimes I just want to throw my scale out the window... stalled for the last 3 weeks. my first real stall. I won't let it get me down. we shall prevail.
Maggietcu2 55 Posted June 7, 2015 What are you eating? What/how much exercise have you done? Maybe we can find some hidden fat or sugar for you to weed out!
Chrystee 838 Posted June 8, 2015 How far out from surgery? What is your Protein, caloric, Water intake? Are you eating anything you shouldn't be? Are you exercising?
ladivaluz806 87 Posted June 8, 2015 (edited) I am pretty miserable about this myself... ive been between 240-243 for the past 2 weeks. its so frustrating, because logically i eat WAY less than i used to. I am almost 6 weeks post op and ive lost 17 pounds only since the day i went in to surgery. On my post op diet i lost 7 pounds so i guess a total of 27 lbs since april 16th. I feel like i am slacking. Pretty dishearting. Edited June 8, 2015 by ladivaluz806

meSparkle83 153 Posted June 9, 2015 What are you eating? What/how much exercise have you done? Maybe we can find some hidden fat or sugar for you to weed out! I've been trying to eat a lot of Protein. I've found myself drinking a ton of watered down cranberry juice, lemonade light n drinks like that. I'm going back to my shakes, Water & crystal light now because something has slowed, stop n add pounds to my body.. It's frustrating.. I walk everyday and now I've started jogging and stairs. meSparkle83 153 Posted June 9, 2015 How far out from surgery? What is your Protein, caloric, Water intake? Are you eating anything you shouldn't be? Are you exercising? I'm a little over 2 months post-op. I don't eat much so I know I'm under 1,000 cals. I'm hitting close to 75-100 protein n yes, I've discovered potato chips ( I wasn't too big about them pre op) Yes I exercise daily. My scale isn't moving but I know I'm shrinking be cuz clothes aren't fitting but I want to see the numbers..
Maggietcu2 55 Posted June 9, 2015 Cranberry juice has a lot of sugar in it ... typically it's "cranberry cocktail" and not really juice. Good job getting back to the roots. You got this!
davidncara@sbcglobal.net 9 Posted June 9, 2015 I stalled for 2 weeks, added more Protein and calories and viola, lost 6 lbs last week! You can do it!!
