KindaFamiliar 3,867 Posted June 2, 2015 I've heard of it... But I no longer experience it... Ever!!
Wynnie 186 Posted June 16, 2015 I am 1 year with my sleeve and hunger returned about 5 months ago but it isn't as urgent as it was prior to my sleeve. Much more manageable and easier to ease and fend off with a simple healthy snack such as some almonds or a mini babybel cheese round, Water, etc.
feedyoureye 3,087 Posted June 19, 2015 It is hard for me to tell the difference between head and stomach hunger.... Sometimes stressfull situations lead me to thoughts about eating certain foods.... so this must be head hunger.. but really it all blurs together for me.....I can go for half a day without much hunger if I set out to and resist temptation... and enjoy my food even more later in the day (I do this twice a week, as part of the 5:2)
Just Lindsey 3 Posted June 22, 2015 It's not physical hunger for me, it's head hunger. I can't turn it off.
