Cheapest place to get the Lap Band procedure in the Northeast or North Carolina

I have thought about having this procedure for many years and I finally made the decision to get the Lap-Band. I have done everything required from seeing all my doctors, nutritionist and having all the tests done. Now I am finding out that I can’t get a loan in the amount needed to get the procedure done nearest to where I live which is in Connecticut. I am considering looking elsewhere in the Northeast or near North Carolina where my son lives and I can recover with them. I was wondering if anyone can advise where I can get this procedure done at the lowest cost while maintaining quality professionals. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
