I'm on my liquid diet, and I ended up eating a small dinner - including bread.< /p> That wasn't part of the plan and today was a weight in a 7.5 pounds below where I was 4 days ago. Bonawanabfree 280 Posted June 2, 2015 Im post op and screw up. Dont beat yourself up. You are human. Its human nature to go against the grain. The wonderful thing is that you recognize it and feel remorse. I think that once we get into the habit of feeling guilt over our faults we can then change them. Self awareness is key to this journey.
