Healthy_life2 8,324 Posted June 2, 2015 @@sjuarez Its not how fast you drop weight. Its the fact you are dropping weight. Are you tracking food and working out?
jane13 2,256 Posted June 2, 2015 @@sjuarez - what about calories? you have to eat a minimum amount and I think we all get wrapped up in Protein and SF and forget we do need a certain amount of calories in our diet.

KristenVSG2014 1,872 Posted June 3, 2015 (edited) I know it can be discouraging when you are following the rules but the scale isn't rewarding you as much as you thought it should. My body actually "stalls" for about two weeks then I'll lose really well for two weeks. We are all different and our bodies lose the way they want to. As long as you are doing what you're supposed to be doing like reaching Protein and Water goals then the scale will catch up. I also notice sometimes I lose inches before a loss shows up on the scale. Make sure you are measuring yourself too. The scale isn't the only indicator of success. :-) Edited June 3, 2015 by krisrpaz
bellabloom 2,467 Posted June 5, 2015 It's more than two pounds a week. So it's not that slow! Some bodies just lose differently. Just think if you hadn't had the surgery you wouldn't have lost it at all!
