kitty66 0 Posted June 1, 2015 I had my surgery May 4, 2015 and I weighed 220lbs. On May 20,2015 My first follow up I weighed in at 206. I have only lost 4lbs since, should I be worried? What's the normal average loss?
gettingtothenewme 11 Posted June 2, 2015 There is no normal. Each of us are different. I lost 25 lbs immediately but now I've plateau'd at week 3. I'm 203 and 4 lbs from onederland
maxcimax 220 Posted June 2, 2015 Everyone is different. I've been in a stall for almost 2 months. I have had several stalls over this past year but they have only lasted 1 week. I'm going to go back to drinking Protein shakes 1 day a week & keeping a better record of what I eat. I need to drink more liquid. I hate Water so that's been a big issue & probably has something to do with my stalls. I refuse to give up!!
jane13 2,256 Posted June 2, 2015 @@kitty66 today is my follow-up and I will be 1 day short of 4 weeks post (I was sleeved 5/6/15). I have been at a stall for 5 days. It happens, I have lost weight too many times to NOT know this but still.....I am hoping doctor will be happy with my progress. I am working hard for the Water in-take :/
