Yesterday was a bad day, I don't know why or even how, but I definitely went off the wagon. Has anyone done this? I'm never doing that to my self again!!! Horrible feeling!!!

I did also. I went to a family cook out and at around 8 crayfish and tried a Coke but it choked me before I got the first swallow.

OK tried a new Protein Shake and it actually tasted good. Gonna try and get all my Protein in this week. I can't let this stall linger!!!!
