HealthyJudy 53 Posted June 12, 2015 This is so exciting to hear. I came home from hospital today so I still have that 10 lb Fluid gain but hearing so many of you lost 20 lbs in one month is inspiring! Way to go!
Idonails74 18 Posted June 13, 2015 What did you all start out at ? Dr told me the more that you weigh the more you lose at first . The less you weigh you will lose less amounts at once .
HealthyJudy 53 Posted June 13, 2015 That makes total sense to me. I started at 272 and lost 32 lbs prior to surgery so was 240 at surgery. I'm wondering what my weight will be once this surgery Fluid leaves my body and I have another few weeks of liquid only. My goal is 140 although i would be filled with joy to even get to 160. First day home from hospital so it is early to bed for me. Hope you are doing well.

HealthyJudy 53 Posted June 14, 2015 Hi Marylou It helped me to mix the Protein powder with the Gatorade so that I got Protein and carbs together. You will get used to it -- just keep sipping whenever you are awake.
nrg33 27 Posted June 14, 2015 There is a clear liquid flavored drink I think called Isopure at GNC that has 40 grams of protein!
