Hi Everyone!

So I'm ready for my surgery. I lost 4 but I have 3 pounds left to loose and I can't seem to get it off! I've cut my calories to 1200 or less a day and exercising everyday (walking and some days Aerobic walking) and my weight is still not going down! I am so ready for the surgery but this 3 pounds is really discouraging! Any ideas???

Do the liquid diet that you will be on after the surgery. That will get those three pounds off quick. It may make you really tired but it takes off the weight. Good luck.

Try drinking more Water...it will help you pee more and that may help with the rest. Also, changing up what you eat, your work out routine and times....just making small changes could "wake up" your metabolism a bit and help! Good Luck!!

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

        Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
