leza1peach 0 Posted May 31, 2015 (edited) Hi Everyone! So I'm ready for my surgery. I lost 4 but I have 3 pounds left to loose and I can't seem to get it off! I've cut my calories to 1200 or less a day and exercising everyday (walking and some days Aerobic walking) and my weight is still not going down! Also, changing up what you eat, your work out routine and times....just making small changes could "wake up" your metabolism a bit and help! Good Luck!!
