judyoz 240 Posted May 29, 2015 I am cleared to eat anything I can handle. I am down a total of 30 pounds and feel great. I lost 6 pre-op. I made Parmasean cheese crisp tonight. They are a little piece of heaven. I enjoyed chewing something crispy and it was not bad for me. Take Shredded parm cheese and put into bottom of muffin tins, just enough to cover the bottoms. bake for ABOUT 6 minutes at 300 degrees, watch carefully. They will stiffin up after they are out of oven. I suppose this is old hat to a lot of you but, just incase someone does not know. Tomorrow I am going to have a naked cheese enchilada and some Beans. judyoz 240 Posted June 2, 2015 I eat every 2-3 hours as of now, almost all Protein. 2-3 ounces at a time. I am trying to eat less frequently but get hungry.
