I've even started getting B12 shots well this week I missed my shot and I am extremely tired today all of a sudden! I guess that b12 is really helping me with energy after all! I am drinking 80-100 ounces of Water and I also get 80-90 grams of Protein in a day as well as a daily walk so it's not my fluids! ???? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
CanyonBaby 1,852 Posted May 28, 2015 Get your thyroid checked, if you haven't already. Fatigue is a major symptom of hypothyroidism. If it IS the thyroid, you may also be experiencing hair loss and feeling cold all the time (sounds like WLS side effects, huh?!). Worth checking into! Hope you feel better soon.... CanyonBaby 1,852 Posted May 28, 2015 Well now, it is very easily treatable! I've had it since 1995, and I just take a tiny pill every morning. As long as it is the right strength, I am perfect. Sometimes it needs adjusting, but mostly it is good. The pill (synthroid) takes a couple of months to work, when you first start it, but then, it's like you have no issue!
