I'm 10 days out and my Protein Shakes for making me nauseous I was on yogurt cream soup's and doing just fine digesting my 2 ounces my next stage was a few days away so I removed myself up to puréed foods just chewed up my cottage cheese well blended lentil Soup are refried Beans now I'm starting to feel better that I'm getting Protein other ways than barely getting to my goal with my shakes
