Katcloudshepherd 630 Posted May 28, 2015 Sorry y'all, I meant to say ulcers are caused by bacteria instead of a virus. I edited my original response. I wish you luck with your surgery. Blessings,Kathleen
Bndtoslv 292 Posted May 28, 2015 I'm allowed to have 2 cups a day post op for 6 weeks. After that as much as I want. My surgeon has been doing this for a long time too. She might not understand difference between rny and sleeve.
Slimsoon1988 123 Posted May 29, 2015 These doctors need to come up with a Gold standard. It's like the Wild Wild West when it comes to rules post op.
Squizzo 15 Posted May 30, 2015 Decaf is actually on my approved full liquid list. Which I find strange because I think it's more acidic than regular. I figure if I can have decaf then I might as well drink regular and be sure to stay hydrated. I haven't had coffee yet. I'm 9 days out but have started regular tea even though I'm suposed to stick to decaf. I haven't had an issue with acid in the slightest but still a Lil leary of coffee. Seriously looking forward to it though! Lol
