B - 1 Yoplait light yogurt (100 cals) S - apple L - side salad from Wendy's and 1/2 cup of chicken salad (made with spinach dip) YUM!! Today B- coffee, 1 small sausage link and rice cake S- handful of p-nuts L- 4 oz greek yogurt w/ honey and 2oz Buddig chicken D- 8 meatballs w/ 2 tsp. spinich dip:drool: S- 3 tsp. spinich dip w/ wheat crackers the greek yogurt kept me full all afternoon.
