Share ideas, What did you eat today ?

I hope everyone is safe. I live in NE Texas and we are going to get really bad weather. Please be in prayer for us.

Today

B- coffee, 1/3 cup cottage cheese w/ 1/2 tsp. plum jelly

S- 6 funyons, 6 wheat crackers and babybel (light)cheese

L- 2 grilled wings

S- 6 Cookies

D- 2 grilled wing ( I know, when do I stop,LOL) 2 T refried Beans, cheese and salsa

Oh, I am soooo happy, I found some greek yogurt. It's rather expensive, but it has 22 grams protein.:thumbup:

I remembered someone here said what they mixed with the greek yogurt (Walmart only had plain). Please could you post it again? Thanks so much.

I put honey and sunflower seeds in mine with frozen blueberries. It doesn't take a lot of honey!

Today~

b-nothing

l-1/2 turkey burger with cheese, no bun

d-1c clam chowder and baked tostitos

if I snack later maybe a skinny cow!

D- 3/4c chicken salad w/ tomato basil Wheat Thins

S- 100 calorie Hostess carrot cakes

750 cal...I probably need to find another snack before I throw my body off

been rather tight lately...actually ate a piece of hot dog yesterday, and hours later I woke up with it coming through my NOSE!!!! YUK, YUK, YUK!!!!1

Breakfast ~ 1 Scrambled Egg, 4 Slices Bacon, 1 Slice Toast & 1/4 C Potatoes O'Brien :laugh:

Lunch ~ Grilled cheese Sandwich :thumbup:

Dinner ~ 3oz Pot Roast & 1/2 C Cottage Cheese

bloo - you just cracked me up!!!

my band went MIA these last few days, including today. i'll just list what i've eaten.......SO far - up 3lbs and need to get back to norm tom...

venison sausage w/ WW toast & cream cheese

2 BB ribs

1/2c beef stroganoff

1 ostrich Jerky stick

banana scream Protein Drink

90 cal special K snack bites - chocolate

SF rice pudding cup

i see my trainer at 8am tom; OMG i'm in trouble cause my tummy just had a party these last few days...

Today

B'fast~ nothing, slept in today :thumbup:

Lunch~ 2.5 peices of bacon, a few bites of scrambled eggs

Snack~ 1/2 low carb tortilla, 1 thin slice turkey meat, 1 tbsp spinach dip (made into a wrap)

Dinner~ cheeseburger (without the bun)

Snack~ Carb smart ice cream bar

Yesterday:

B: 3 grilled Breakfast sausages

L: 1 cup soy nuts (started nibling, and just kept on going...)

D: 2 oz BBQ salmon with 1/2 grilled green pepper

S: ratsnfratsn...started in on the soy nuts again...probably another cup

yesterday:

b: apple jacks Cereal :(:eek:

s: chai tea latte from starbucks

l: 7 buffalo chicken bites and a little blue cheese dressing

d: crab cake (about 3oz), from cooking light :thumbup:

s: lol weight watchers frozen mint dessert sundae...yummm MAY!!

Today:

b: chai tea latte & a slim fast (when i'm done drinking my latte)

l: 3oz tuna salad with tomatoes on 3 or 4 crackers (depending how hungry i am--usually 3 is good)

d: well i have leftover crab cakes that i'm feeding to the hubby so i'll grab a Soup or salad----just so i don't have to cook:lol:

90210 is on tonight and being i still have my "big girl head" aka..head hunger i betcha i'll end up having some sort of snack (i.e. a weight watcher thingie that i should NOT be eating every day). My goal today is to do my in home walking tape ...wish me luck! :tt2:

I think my mind has lost it's senses.

Today

B- coffee, 1 boiled egg, 1 grilled sausage

S- small bag of funyuns

L- Guess? Yes, 2 grilled wings, 2 tsp. refried Beans and cheese

S- 4 Cookies, handful of nuts

D- baked sweet potato and the last grilled wing (thank goodness)

I keep forgetting about my greek yogurt, but I will have it tomorrow and thanks everyone for sharing with me.
