LOL, wish my DH would have gone with yours. I can't convince him to stop buying "cheese puffs and oreos". The oreos I can skip, but the puffs just absolutely melt in my mouth and I can eat a BIG bag in no time. LOL I'm going to try a wally world in another town, DH and I "brake" for ALL wally worlds. We know where they are just about in every small town within a 100 mile radius. LOL

georgia girl 35 Posted August 16, 2008 Since we are on the subject of greek yogurt, I can't believe how much Protein is in it. I had a individual container for Breakfast this morning and noticed it had 15 gram of protein! It's good to know I can do that for breakfast and get some protein in without having to do a Protein Shake every morning (too tight to eat 'real' food in the mornings). losingjusme 12 Posted August 17, 2008 just found this thread (again)... question about greek yogurt .... i do not really like the taste but need it ... do you mix anything in with it? maybe some fruit or some jam ?? also, does it have the live cultures in it (to fix yeast infections)? Hey LMJ! I'm not sure about the live cultures. The taste of greek yogurt is a little....tangy, I guess. I bought some plain and added a tbsp of raw honey to it. It sweetened it up pretty nicely. I think I have heard others say they like jam/jelly mixed in with it. The other day, I added an individual size container of SF rice pudding in it (added it to the vanilla flavor greek yogurt) and it was pretty good.

I don't know what the other ladies do, but I throw in strawberries, blueberries and banana. Sometimes I put it on my granola in place of milk.
