B - 1/2c Total Cranberry Crunch Cereal w/ skim milk L - 1/3 c refried Beans with dash of jalepeno salsa, cheddar & sour cream D - 1/2c parmesean stuffed flounder, 1 tbs roasted new potato insides, 2 bites key lime pie Last night was our first meal out with friends since the surgery and I felt myself falling back into the not paying attention and just eating zone. Had my very first PB yesterday (ate tooo fast). Lesson learned!! B'fast~ Protein Shake Lunch~ 1 c. cantaloupe, 1 oz nuts Snack~ can of V8 Dinner~ 1 c. 3 bean Soup, 2 tbsp shredded cheese Snack~ maybe a Protein shake? ?
