Last summer while preparing for my lapband I worked a lot. Then school started and I worked even more. This summer, HELP!!!! I'm very partially employed and I'm home, unstructured and at a loss what to eat. So I could really use some ideas and your help. I've joined a gym but I need meal ideas. My suggestion to you is to start at the beginning of this thread and you will find lots of ideas. There are thousands of ideas on this thread that could possibly work for you. This site is a wonderful place for encouragement and support. Sounds like you have some restriction since you aren't eating a lot, but you probably just need to focus on WHAT you are eating. I also encourage you to start exercising too. I know it's not fun but I believe it's essential in this lifestyle. I wish you the best of luck and I hope things turn around soon for you.
