ParaGirl 71 Posted January 29, 2010 Bantastic meals sound good, but pricey. Anyway, I am back to low carb. I had serious heartburn/reflux issues and half of my Fluid was removed, I have NO restriction. ANyway, I decided I would go low carb and it is working for me, lost 3 pounds since Tuesday. B: pancake Low Carb, Smuckers SF Syrup 1T S: sugar free coffee Mate L: 1/4 HAMBURGER-BROCCOLI ALFREDO CASSEROLE S: Pepperjack cheese Sticks D: 3 Sausage & Ground beef meatballs, 1/4 C Prego Spaghetti Sauce Calories 1021 Carbs 22.1 Still a little high on the carb side.
