Share ideas, What did you eat today ?

Yesterday

B- Special K with 1% milk

L- Fried pork tenderloin (3oz) and green Beans

D- Beef pot pie without the pie part (6oz)

S- Two pieces Hershey miniatures, 1 ghirardelli truffle

I have no excuses for the fried tenderloin. I'm really sick of the dining services dry chicken. I get stuck every damn time, no matter how much I chew. So I caved on meat that seemed moist, but it was only greasy... ugh, I can't wait till I leave the dorm and get to cook my own moist meats.< /p>

No excuses for the chocolate either. I've been sliding...

UGH!!! I don't even know if I should share this....but here it goes anyways

B - 1/2 Protein Shake, 3 mini donuts :bored:

s - hand full of chips :)

L - 1 cup of chicken Soup, the other 3 mini donuts from the packet :)

s - s/f chocolate pudding

D - Chicken Patty dipped in mustard

I am stuck, I can't control my sugar intake...are any of you had any issue's with that? How did you over come it? :)

Okay:

B: coffee with 2 splenda

Lunch: Lettuce wraps with 5 oz. tuna & fat free dressing

S: four crackers, cheese

D: 1/2 PB sandwich

S: 1 c. skim milk

B-1 egg white,1 oz chopped ham

L-2oz chorizo sausage

D-2oz turkey,1/8c gravy.1/8c greenbean casserole,1/8c sweet potatoes,1/8c potatoes,1/8c stuffing,1/2 roll w/butter

(we had an early Thanksgiving)

2 mile walk

hi everyone hows it going i have been m.i.a for a while but, i do come and read here some. i some how have gotten off track and need to get back in order so between posting here and the ww group i should be able to get it right. i have been eating junk food also as i see alot have also. i did call my dr to get a fill and now have to do a swallow test i have to just get my mind together and do what i need to and make better food choices. i hope i can come post back here.

I have been in a stress mood so I KNOW about junk food..on one of the boards, I wrote how I ate candy bars and did not even know it was there...son left out.

WHat I have done..for my husband and is make fresh hot chocolate from scratch. First it is chocolate and the warmth has allowed his sweet tooth to be ok.I wind up sipping some and it DOES work.

REMEMBER,...junk food has junk in it (chemicals) to make you eat more junk...........whomever thinks I am nuts ... remember the cigarette companies that swore in court (under oath) that they did NOT add a chemical to make folks smoke!!!!!

REMEMBER....if it has more than 5 ingrediants in it,,,junk...and if you can not pronounce it :thumbup::lol:
