lizzyann 0 Posted May 10, 2009 I have eaten nothing today and I'm really floundering as to what I want to have. Cold stuff feels bad, eggs come back up and toast does too. Yesterday: -Slim fast high Protein -couple of hershey bar squares My fill is really tight so I'm not eating much of anything...lost 3 lbs since thursday. Bozzj 0 Posted May 11, 2009 ugh i'm so frustrated with myself. This weekend I was totally out of control. Snacked all day...ate chips, etc. All the weight i lost last week (which was trying to lose the lbs i gained over vacation--no less) i gained back over the weekend. I don't know why i do this to myself!!!?? b: coffee, 50 cal l: i have to go out to lunch with my dept. of course on the day i'm trying to get back into the swing of things. :frown: d: something small, maybe a salad or lean cuisine.
